Any emergencies are dealt with quickly and professionally. Sometimes faults are picked up by the remote monitoring system before I know there is an issue! I always know when they are due on site and paperwork is sent to me promptly for my records.

Over the last 4-5 years Fitzford Lodge has been lucky to have Rendesco maintaining our ground source heat pump which provides the heating and hot water for our 48 apartments in Tavistock. We have had very few issues over this period and the odd one or two difficulties we have experienced have been sorted out quickly and efficiently.
It is great to know help is just a phone call away and if necessary, their engineers are always quick to attend, even coming out over weekends and bank holidays if necessary.
Their office manager is fantastic at keeping me informed so I can relay this information to our Owners. They are a pleasure to work with.
